Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take?

We ship within the United States only. Delivery times depend
on where your item ships from — you can see this on each product page before
you order.

  • Ship from USA: 3–6 business days
  • Ship from Overseas: 6–11 business days (allow 1–2 additional days for customs processing)

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment
confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by
email.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by
email. You can also track your order anytime from our Track My Order page.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer inclusive sizing from XL to 5XL, designed to
celebrate every curve. Some styles also include size L / 0XL. Check the size
chart on each product page for exact measurements.

How do I choose the right size?

We recommend checking our Size Guide before
ordering. Many products also include their own specific measurements on the
product page. If you are between sizes, size up for a more comfortable fit —
especially for non-stretch styles.

Do sizes run true to size?

Fit can vary slightly between styles since we carry items
from multiple brands. We recommend reading the fit notes on each product page
before ordering. When in doubt, size up.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of
delivery — the window starts the day tracking shows your order as delivered.
Items must be unworn, with original tags attached and in original clear garment
packaging with the SKU label. To start a return, email us at info@auslanda.com with your order
number and we will provide a Return Authorization number.

What items cannot be returned?

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded: swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty
products.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or
color, return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the
return is due to a shipping error or a defective item. Original shipping
charges are non-refundable.

What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

Contact us at info@auslanda.com within
7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will
resolve it as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship within the United States only. We do
not ship to P.O. Boxes, U.S. Military bases (APO/FPO), American Samoa, Guam,
Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
