Shipping policy

At Auslanda, we understand the excitement of receiving your new clothing items promptly. That's why we offer fast and reliable shipping options to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner.

Processing Time:

  • Once you place your order, please allow 1–2 business days for processing. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods:

  • Our products ship from two origins — you can see which applies on each product page before you order.
  • Ship from USA: Standard delivery in 3–6 business days.
  • Ship from Overseas: Standard delivery in 6–11 business days. Please allow 1–2 additional business days for customs processing.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery in the "Track My Order" section.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, and order total. The exact cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping:

  • We currently only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, U.S. Military bases (APO/FPO), American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Shipping Delays:

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier issues. Orders placed between December 25 and January 3 may experience additional delays of 2–3 business days due to holiday carrier volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Address Accuracy:

  • It is essential to provide accurate shipping information to avoid delivery delays or returns. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout to ensure accuracy.

Return Policy:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (the return window begins the day tracking shows your order as delivered). Please contact us as soon as possible so we can provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization number.
  • Items must be unworn and returned with their original tags and clear garment packaging, including the SKU label. We do not offer exchanges. Please note that all swimwear, intimates, jewelry, bodysuits, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and cannot be refunded.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
