Refund policy

At Auslanda, we want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is how we handle returns.

Return Window:

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (the return window begins the day tracking shows your order as delivered). Please contact us as soon as possible so we can provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Items must be shipped back within 7 days of submitting your return request to qualify for a full refund.
• For orders with multiple packages, the return window starts from the delivery date of the final package.

Item Condition:

• Items must be unworn and returned with their original tags and clear garment packaging, including the SKU label. We do not offer exchanges. Please note that all swimwear, intimates, jewelry, bodysuits, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping:

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective item. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing:

• Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
